A completely new look is achieved without the high costs or lengthy timeline associated with remodeling. Most of the time, this can be accomplished within a week or two of your initial consultation. Our process begins with a consultation in which we discuss all your ideas for your space, its functionality, and your budget. Your budget, timeline, and overall room theme are important to the project. Following that, we begin to work on the design layouts, research, element updates and color choices, offering design solutions that are streamlined, fresh and tailored to your needs. Once you approve the concept, we prepare a customized visual design recommendation plan that includes a full-color rendering of your design. We bring your vision to life and create an easy-to-follow plan that you can accomplish on your own or with the help of our professionals. You will also receive a shopping list to confirm where to purchase the updated items in your design recommendation plan. * Estimated turnaround time – 1 to 2 weeks from final approval of rough plan and mutual agreed upon schedule. Delays in element and layout approvals from client may affect this schedule. Concept Approval - Our services packages are flat-fee rate per room pricing and rendering services and do not include multi revisions of the final rendering or element updates. Once final approval is given for layout and elements we complete your rendering and shopping list. Because of the nature of the services this is a Non-refundable service. Our scope of work includes the design recommendations, layout, research, are estimates of measurements and layout for these updates in your space. The final measurements and position of layout must be determined by your service installer or contractor. Factors that determine the final placement, layout, and measurements may be based on criteria that may not be available to us at the time of ordering. Adjusted because of installation requirements such as electrical outlets, wall studs or other similar considerations. Actual measurements are not part of our scope service.
