Our remodeling and home design services are the starting point for any remodeling or home design project. We can help you kick-start your project with a Design Consultation on-site or remotely. For only $275, we will offer you a three-hour consultation to kickstart your next project. Your consultation is guided by your questions and design concerns for your next project. We will review your project with you, answer your questions, and provide resources to help you achieve your dream space. Based on the budget and goals of your project, resources will be provided. Design consultations are limited to three hours and include items such as furnishings, flooring, stone and tile experts, window treatments, color palette recommendations, lighting, feature wall design ideas, layout recommendations, elements updates, style design resources and more. With Modernize Methods LLC, you can make a statement in style! Get started with our design consultations if you are looking for updated furniture and decor ideas, or if you need resources for DYI projects. The terms of all other service agreements apply. Design Services Are Non-Refundable - Because of the nature of these services and the fact that once consultation and design ideas are shared they cannot be returned or pulled back, therefore, all of our services are non-refundable and knowledge that services shared are services provided. Standard Package Services - Visual Design Recommendation Services - Per Room - $565.
Modernize Methods LLC services are the first step to any remodeling or home design project.
This Standard Service Package (per each room) includes 45 Minute consultation and can be remote or on-site services. We clarify your design directives and your budget for your project update. 5 Updated Elements are included In The Standard Service Package. We review your design directives and budget, research for our recommendations and updated elements and create a concept design review sheet for your approval. Then we take your project to the final stage and create an easy-to-follow “Visionary Design Recommendation and Rendering Plan". The rendering layout puts all updated recommended elements in-place in your room, for you to see what it would look like in advance. You can use this information to direct your service installer or contractor. We also include with your final “Visionary Design Recommendation Plan”, a Statement Sheet and Shopping lists of all your updated element and where you can buy them. * Estimated turnaround time – 1 to 2 weeks from final approval of rough plan and mutual agreed upon schedule. Luxury Package - Visual Design Recommendation Services - Per Room
Modernize Methods LLC services are the first step to any remodeling or home design project.
Luxury Design Service Package (per room) $1595. This package includes - includes 45 Minute consultation and can be remote or on-site services. We clarify your design directives and your budget for your project. 10 element updates are included in this service package. Additional elements are available for an additional fee.
After the consultation we review your design directives and budget, research for our recommendations and updated elements and create a concept design review sheet for your approval. This is a flat rate service package and the revisions are limited to 3 elements at this stage of the project. Make sure at the outset consultation you review all your design directives at that time to avoid additional time and cost. “Mood Board” or Rough Draft Rendering and design concept final sheets are prepared and reviewed. It is important to take the time to work with your designer at the consultation to ensure you have the updated elements you are looking for are included. Once signed off step has been completed, we will take your Luxury Design to the final stage. We prepare the Visual Design plan to includes a “Visionary Design Recommendation and Full color Rendering Plan,”, a "Statement Sheet" listing all your updated elements with final "Shopping List", itemizing all design updates, elements and links to where you can buy each of your updated elements.

Visual Design Add-Ons - Fireplace Feature Wall - Inside or Outside $1595

Extra special features can offer upscale updates to any home remodel project. Feature fireplace wall inside or outside your home can make a great family or entertaining gather place. A feature or accent fireplace wall inside or outside, gas or electric or wood fireplace visual design recommendation plan and full color rendering is one of our special service packages. This package can be include with either our Standard Package or Luxury Service Package and is not available separately because of the details involved.
The Fireplace Feature Wall service package will offer you design updates and elements for a complete fireplace feature wall or unit for the inside or outside living space. It may include elements of stone or service texture or title for the fireplace, a mantel or open fireplace, side shelving or cabinets, TV feature, special lighting, and other features. It includes a total of 10 updated elements for this flat rate package. Included is a full design layout with your elements provided in a concept sheet and rough layout which will allow for one revision variations prior to final rough. It is important to take the time to work with your designer at the consultation to ensure you have the updated elements you are looking for are included. Once signed off step has been completed, we will take your Visual Design to the final stage.

It can personalize a space, offering fictional purpose that is needed, such as video conferencing or remote conferencing, entertaining, organization or displaying collectables or retail items for sale and more. This special feature wall package (doesn't include fireplaces) and must be ordered with of our Standard Package or Luxury Service Package and is not available separately because of the details involved.
The Feature Wall service package will offer you design updates and elements for a complete design feature wall or and may include elements of stone or service texture or title, entertainment equipment, murals, side shelving or cabinets, TV or gaming feature, special lighting, and other features. It includes a total of 10 updated elements for this flat rate service package. it Includes is a full design layout with your elements provided in a concept sheet and rough layout which will allow for one revision variations prior to final rough. It does not include multiple revisions. It is important to take the time to work with your designer at the consultation to ensure you have the updated elements you are looking for are included. Once the signed-off step has been completed, we will take your Visual Design to the final stage and not additional changes or add-on can be made without additional fees.

Factors that determine the final placement, layout, and measurements may be based on criteria that may not be available to us at the time of ordering. Adjusted because of installation requirements such as electrical outlets, wall studs or other similar considerations. Actual measurements are not part of our scope service. All services are provided under our terms of service and our service agreement found on our website.

Visual Design Element Add - $295 Add- On (per each)
This in an Add-on service and must be ordered with our Standard Package or Luxury or other service package order. This service is not available separately because of the details involved.
This service will offers you an additional design element updates (per element) to be added to the elements updates included in the Standard Service Package or the Luxury Service Package.
We will consult with you as to your design directives on this updated elements. We will then gathering and research your design directives and desired element update and include the additional element on the our concept approval sheet of all selected elements recommended for your approval.
After sign-off we will provide your final Visual Design Recommendation and Full Color Rendering, with Statement Sheet of all your updated Elements and a Shopping lists with links are to where to buy all your updated elements and materials. This recommendation and rendering will be included your standard or luxury package rendering and is not a separate rendering or recommendation. It is an add-on to one of those packages.
Once completed this information can be given to your service provider or contractor to assist in your new project update. Our scope of work includes estimates of measurements and layout for these updates in your space. The final measurements and position of layout for these items must be determined by your service installer or contractor and you at the time of installation. Our measurements and placements are only estimates and provided with a good perspectives of size and space layout and should be finalized with your installer, contractor or other service providers at the time of installation for a perfect fit.
